My experience with Côté Minou

So I had a most wonderful time modeling for Côté Minou this past couple of weeks and thought to share a few pics

These girls were probably a shocker to me...they completely changed my whole attitude towards modeling and models in general. Was great meeting each and every single one of them.

...and the talent behind Côté Minou, les deux jeunes dames très douées et belles...

Stephanie Mouapi and Maryanne Mokoko
It was an absolute pleasure...looking forward to more of Côté Minou :)

The Game of Thrones

one word....spectafantabulous!
ok that really was two words turned into one, but really this show is like one of the awesomest (is that a word?) shows ever. I have to admit, I was not one of its loyal fans from the beginning...I am more of a drama comedy myself. But with all the rave about the show everywhere I go, I just had to find out what all the fuss was about. So here I am, Friday night watching one of the newest HBO series on On Demand, I find myself hard to tear away from the television. My eyes were glued to the TV screen as I tuned from one episode to the next until finally my eyes gave out and I succumbed to the calling slumber.
But of course I woke up the next morning searching for the cable remote and ready to continue my Game of Thrones marathon from the previous night. I was very sad to realize that I could not finish the episodes before I had to start my day. But be rest I assured, I definitely finished them all before the most awaited season finale tonight, which by the way ended up leaving me with a real mouth watering anticipation for Season 2......NEXT SPRING!!!! Why HBO?!?! Why? Why do I have to wait almost a year?!?! You break my heart.

But yea watch out for season 2 next spring! Don't miss out on one of the greatest shows I have ever had the pleasure to watch. It's not too late to catch up. I believe it's still on On Demand ;)

Introducing Adura...

So I am new to this blogging business but I thought it appropriate that my first blog entry be an introduction of myself.
Hello all, welcome to my blog. My name is Adebola Adesoye. Now you might ask, "so where does Adura come from?" Well, I'll tell you. Adura is short for my middlename 'Aduralola'. Aduralola in my language means Prayer is wealth, and Adura simply means 'Prayer'. I was born and partly raised in Lagos, Nigeria. I migrated to US like many others at the age of 13 with my family. I have only been back home once, but I intend to go back more often than once in 9 years.

Ok enough with the boring biography. How about one recent fact about me. mmmmm....well last year I decided to go from this...

To this...

I decided to go back to my natural roots. And I am LOVING IT!!!!

It's been 11 months now and here is where I am...

So what is this blog going to be about?.....well ME of course; it's only appropriate :D
This blog will be dedicated to some excerpts from the everyday life of Adura. I'm not much of a blogger but I will try my best.

Wish me luck :D
